Menopause is a natural life transition that many women experience during the peak of their professional careers.

Yet in many workplaces it remains a topic that is rarely discussed or supported.

Through Sarah Aldridge Yoga, I offer workplace education and wellbeing sessions designed to support women navigating menopause, while also helping organisations better understand and support this important stage of life.

My approach combines practical education with simple wellbeing tools including movement, breathwork, nervous system regulation and lifestyle guidance.

These sessions create safe and supportive spaces for conversation while also providing practical tools women can use to support their wellbeing, energy and confidence at work.
